How long does delivery take?
Essentials takes 5 business days, Showcase 8, Signature 13, Flagship 19. The clock does not start on the order date — it starts the day your deposit and your content (copy and images) reach us, and that start date is written into your contract. When we finish early, we deliver early.
What is included, and will extra charges appear later?
Design, build, responsive layout, SSL, contact form setup (Showcase, Signature and Flagship; lands in WhatsApp), the visual production included in your package and a handover session. Nothing inside the scope written in your contract is billed twice. Only the domain fee, paid directly to the registrar, and new out-of-scope requests are priced separately — and we never begin extra work without your approval.
Do I have to supply the copy and the photos?
No. We write the copy and you review and approve it. If you have no photography, or if you prefer, we produce visuals and videos made for your site; every package includes 2K visuals and short site videos: Essentials 5 visuals + 1 video, Showcase 8 + 2, Signature 10 + 3, Flagship 20 + 5. A short site video is a background clip of up to 8 seconds, silent and looping. Narrated, voiced or long promotional films are outside scope; we can quote them separately. All we need from you is the raw information — what you do, your services, address and contact details. If you already have copy or photos you are happy with, we will gladly use them. We create visuals digitally and enhance your existing images and video to studio quality. We do not shoot photography or video on location.
Are the domain and hosting included, and what will I pay yearly?
You register the domain in your own name, from your own account; a short video walks you through each step and we handle the setup. You own it, and nothing is registered in our name. The domain fee is not part of the package; a .com runs roughly $15–25 a year, paid directly to the registrar. Hosting runs on a free tier in the setup we build, so there is no compulsory monthly subscription from us.
Can I update the site myself?
You have full access to the panel, so you can make updates yourself. If you'd rather not, we'll do it — priced per job, with no mandatory monthly subscription.
What if I do not like it? How many revisions do I get?
Essentials and Showcase include one revision round, Signature two, Flagship three. Beyond that, the real decision happens early, at concept stage: we can change direction freely up to design approval, and production starts after it. Nothing goes live without your approval.
How does payment work?
In two steps: 50% on signing and the remaining 50% at preview approval; the site goes live after the second payment. International clients pay in USD via Payoneer or through the secure payment system of the platform we work on. We issue an invoice for every payment.
Will I rank on the first page of Google?
With Signature and Flagship we set up technical SEO: title and description tags, a semantic heading structure, sitemap.xml and robots.txt, Open Graph cards, Search Console setup, cookieless visit analytics, and a Google Maps listing. We prepare the Google Maps listing; Google asks the business owner to complete verification.
Is there support after delivery?
Faults on our side are fixed free for 6 months after delivery. There is no mandatory monthly or yearly fee; the site, the domain and every password are yours. The content panel is Mavera's own software, licensed to you for unlimited use on your site at no extra cost. If you later want a change or an addition, you write to us and we do it per job at the rates current at that time.
What is fixed for free after launch?
For 6 months after launch we fix errors on our side for free: a broken link or button, a layout problem on mobile, the panel not saving, a broken language switch or a typo in text we wrote. New pages, sections, features or languages, design changes, changes to approved text, photos or prices (with a panel you do these yourself) and new visuals or videos are quoted separately: we send a written price first and start after your approval. The results of changes you make in the panel or your hosting account, an expired domain and third-party outages are outside this scope. Requests are sent in writing; we reply within 1 business day.
I am outside Bursa, even outside Turkey — can we still work together?
Yes. The whole process runs remotely: the kickoff call, a live preview under your own domain, a written contract and a digital signature. If you are in Bursa, we can meet in person too. For international projects the contract and invoice are prepared in English and payment is taken in USD via Payoneer.
Why are prices different for Türkiye?
Our pricing is regional and set by your billing address. TL prices apply only to businesses registered in Türkiye and are invoiced in TL. Clients outside Türkiye are quoted from our USD price list.
